Welcoming the Deputy Prime Minister and the high-level delegation of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party to Vietnam to attend the 10th Theoretical Seminar between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party organized by the Central Theoretical Council, President Vo Van Thuong stated that the visit and working trip are very significant for the two Parties and the two countries.
The President expressed confidence that the seminar, themed " Developing Culture and People in the Process of National Development under the Socialist Orientation - Experiences of Vietnam, Experiences of Laos...", would be a great success, contributing to deepening the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries.
Lao Deputy Prime Minister Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune thanked President Vo Van Thuong for taking the time to receive the delegation and for his kind sentiments towards Laos and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. This demonstrates the concern of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Thuong personally for cooperation between the two parties, and serves as a great encouragement for the Lao People's Revolutionary Party delegation to fulfill its nhiệm vụ at this important and meaningful theoretical seminar.
Lao Deputy Prime Minister Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune stated that, on the occasion of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's high-level delegation visiting Vietnam to attend the Theoretical Seminar between the two Parties, the General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Thongloun Sisoulith, sent greetings to the leaders of the Vietnamese Party and State.
President Vo Van Thuong expressed his gratitude for the kind sentiments of Lao Deputy Prime Minister Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune towards Vietnam. Stating that Laos has always shown concern, shared experiences, and encouraged Vietnam's development over the years, President Vo Van Thuong affirmed that Laos has overcome many difficulties and achieved significant accomplishments. In particular, cooperation between the two sides' Theoretical Councils has become increasingly effective, especially in organizing seminars and sharing experiences in drafting Party documents, marking a profound milestone reflecting the special relationship between the two Parties and two countries.
During the leadership and guidance process, the two Parties shared experiences and successes. Members of the Central Theoretical Council will share as much of Vietnam's experience as possible, including both successful and unsuccessful achievements, for the Lao People's Revolutionary Party to study, refer to, and refine its Platform for National Construction,...
