Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and members of the delegation visited and wished a Merry Christmas to the Bishop's Palace of Quy Nhon Diocese

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan informed the Bishop and priests about the socio-economic situation, national defense and security of the province. In 2024, the province's economic situation continued to grow and develop well, the province completed 20/21 socio-economic targets, the province's GRDP growth rate in the year reached 7.78%, ranked 26/63 localities nationwide, ranked 6/14 localities in the North Central and Central Coast regions.

Social security work is taken care of, people's lives are increasingly improved; national defense and security are maintained, social order and safety are always ensured; foreign relations are expanded. The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has achieved positive results... The position of the province has been enhanced, people's trust in the Party Committee and government has been consolidated and strengthened.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan presented flowers and Christmas greetings to the Quy Nhon Diocese Bishop's Palace and Diocese Bishop Nguyen Van Khoi.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that this result was thanks to the efforts of all levels, sectors, business community and people, including the positive contributions of dignitaries, monks and nuns and parishioners.

On the occasion of Christmas 2024, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan wishes the Bishop, priests, dignitaries, officials, monks, and all Catholics a peaceful, charitable, and happy Christmas. At the same time, he hopes that they will continue to lead and encourage parishioners to promote the tradition of loving God and the country, uniting between Catholics and non-Catholics, implementing well the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, patriotic emulation movements, and campaigns, contributing to the development of the country in general and Binh Dinh province in particular.

On behalf of the priests, dignitaries, officials and all parishioners, Bishop of Quy Nhon Diocese Nguyen Van Khoi respectfully thanked the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for their attention to Quy Nhon Diocese. Expressing joy at the socio-economic, national defense and security results achieved by the province in 2024; at the same time, affirming that he will continue to encourage parishioners to actively comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements "living a good life, good religion", environmental protection activities, contributing to building the locality to be increasingly developed, prosperous and happy.
