Thorough preparations are underway for the simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of major projects and constructions in Hai Phong.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City inspected the two locations where groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for major projects were held.

Comrade Le Anh Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, inspected the preparations for the inauguration ceremony of several social housing projects under the Trang Due urban-commercial service and worker housing project.

On the morning of December 18th, Comrade Le Anh Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of several projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party in the city.

These include the social housing project within the Trang Due urban-commercial and worker housing project, and the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction investment projects of the multi-level intersections at Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong, and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap roads.

Deputy Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, Le Anh Quan, acknowledged the close cooperation of relevant units, including Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio and Television, in meticulously preparing the facilities and conditions for organizing and broadcasting the event live, ensuring connectivity between the Hai Phong city venue and the central venue, as well as between the venues for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies in Hai Phong.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, Le Anh Quan, acknowledged the close cooperation and efforts of the relevant units, including Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio and Television, in preparing for the groundbreaking ceremony.

Regarding the program content, it is necessary to review and highlight Hai Phong's achievements in the groundbreaking and inauguration events of projects and works nationwide to celebrate special anniversaries in 2025.

The coordinating units meticulously prepared for the reception, ceremonial arrangements, traffic management, security and order, fire prevention and control, and medical readiness during the event.

According to the program, on the morning of December 19th, Hai Phong city held the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build multi-level intersections at Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong, and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap roads. The project is invested by the Hai Phong Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transportation and Agricultural Works, with a total capital of 2,335 billion VND.

This is a Class I transportation project. Once completed and put into operation, the project will gradually improve the transportation system in the An Bien, Le Chan, Hai An, Ngo Quyen, and Gia Vien wards according to the approved plan; alleviate traffic congestion and ensure vehicle safety; and create an architectural highlight in the urban space, contributing to building Hai Phong into a national logistics center, a smart and modern city.

The social housing project, part of the Trang Due urban-commercial and worker housing complex, is invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and is located in An Duong ward. It comprises a total of 2,538 apartments across 10 buildings. The total investment for the project is 1,600 billion VND.

The inauguration of the seven buildings will bring the total number of completed apartments in the project to 1,770. These apartments, ready for handover, will contribute to stabilizing the lives of workers and demonstrate the company's commitment to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring social security, and improving the quality of life for workers in Hai Phong.

Representatives from various departments and agencies inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dung Tien - Giang Bien industrial cluster infrastructure construction project (Vinh Thuan commune).

Earlier that morning, leaders from the City People's Committee Office and various departments and agencies inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of infrastructure construction projects for the An Tho industrial cluster in An Hung commune and the Dung Tien - Giang Bien industrial cluster in Vinh Thuan commune.

The delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparatory work of the investor, the unit, and the local government, and requested that preparations for the groundbreaking ceremonies of the projects be completed promptly, ensuring they are thorough, solemn, and create a widespread positive impact on the people.

The project investor, local authorities, and event organizers are accelerating the construction and completion of the event venue and stage design; organizing prominent ceremonial decorations in the event area to create a highlight and a festive atmosphere. Simultaneously, they are developing plans for traffic management, ensuring security and order, and fire prevention and control. They are also coordinating effectively with Hai Phong newspapers, radio, and television to finalize the script and ensure smooth transmission.
