Final round of the contest to learn about "Uncle Ho and his homeland"

On August 28, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize the final round of the contest "Uncle Ho and the homeland" in 2024.

The Organizing Committee awarded souvenir flags to units with contestants participating in the Final round.

The 2024 contest "Uncle Ho and the Homeland" was launched on May 31, 2024, for primary school students in the province. As of July 20, 2024, the Organizing Committee of the contest received nearly 60 entries to participate in the online qualifying round. Based on the qualifying round results, the Organizing Committee selected 10 contestants with the highest total scores to participate in the Final round.

In the final round, the contestants went through 3 parts: Greeting, Understanding and Behavior with content revolving around the moral example, style, life, revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh ; personal reality, ability to apply in study, life and Team activities...

The contest to learn about “Uncle Ho and the homeland” is organized to continue promoting the movement “Children of the homeland compete to implement well the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho”; create conditions for children to learn and collect stories about the life and revolutionary career, the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; thereby arousing faith and national pride, helping children strive and practice to become good children, good students, good team members, good children of Uncle Ho.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and four consolation prizes. Contestant Nguyen Khanh Huyen, a 3A student at Phong Chau Primary School, Phu Tho town, won the first prize.
