The ceremony was conducted online under the supervision of representatives of the teams and the professional department of the Vietnam Football Federation. The drawing process was carried out publicly, ensuring transparency and compliance with the tournament regulations, helping the teams to clearly understand the competition schedule and proactively plan their team preparation.
According to the tournament rules, the teams will compete in a two-round round robin format, with points calculated to rank the positions from first to fourth. This competition format creates conditions for the teams to meet each other more often, thereby comprehensively assessing the ability of each team throughout the tournament. The competition schedule is also built in a balanced way, ensuring a reasonable amount of rest time to maintain the professional quality of the matches.
This year's tournament will take place from December 29, 2025 to January 8, 2026 at the Cultural and Sports Service Center in Chanh Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The organization is currently being urgently deployed, including reviewing the facilities, field system, lighting and competition conditions, to ensure the tournament takes place smoothly, safely and meets professional requirements.
Regarding the prizes, the champion team will receive 100 million VND, the runner-up team will receive 80 million VND and the third-place team will receive 50 million VND. The prize structure is maintained to encourage the teams to compete with great effort, while also recognizing their contributions to the women's futsal movement nationwide.
Notably, the Vietnam Football Federation is planning to broadcast online a number of matches, including the opening ceremony, closing ceremony and a number of other notable matches on the VFF Channel YouTube channel and the official fanpage of the Vietnam Football Federation.
Increasing communication and online broadcasting aims to create conditions for fans across the country to watch, while contributing to promoting the image of Vietnamese women's futsal to a wide audience.
The 2025 National Women's Futsal Championship promises to bring quality matches, an important playground to help teams maintain their competitive rhythm, while contributing to promoting the sustainable development of Vietnamese women's futsal in the coming time.
