Launched by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union last May, the Contest targets participants including Union officials, young civil servants, public employees, business sector, and young armed forces from 18-35 years old.
From May 16 to June 15, 2025, the first round of the Contest recorded approximately 57,000 contestants competing with more than 122,000 entries. From here, the Organizing Committee found the 45 best contestants, divided into three groups to deploy the second round of competition, taking place on June 28 and 29, 2025.


In the form of live and online English presentations, this round of competition revolves around the article "Future for the Rising Generation" by General Secretary To Lam . Based on the evaluation of the Jury, the Competition has selected 15 contestants (five contestants per group) to enter the national finals.
From July 31 to August 3, the final round took place in Hai Phong city. Here, the teams competed in four parts: "Team introduction", "Answering questions", "Winning the right to answer questions" and "Group debate in English".


After many hours of exciting and tense competition with exciting score chases on August 2, the top spot of the Competition belonged to the "Star Striders" team.
The Organizing Committee also awarded a Second Prize and a Third Prize to the teams "Synergy Seekers" and "Tri-Guardians"; at the same time, awarded two Encouragement Prizes to the teams "The Three Pillars" and "The H Trinity".


The new point of this year's Competition is the appearance of the "Vietnamese Youth: Mastering Foreign Languages - Courage to Integrate" Camp in 2025 with four main activities: Seminar "International integration preparation for Vietnamese youth in the digital age"; Project development to "Improve foreign language skills and international integration for local/unit youth"; Team building to increase interaction, practice international integration skills, Gala night to summarize the camp.
