- On the afternoon of October 3, at Hoa Sim Restaurant (Luong Van Tri Ward), the Provincial Police held a conference to announce the decision and award certificates of advanced models in the movement of the whole people participating in fire prevention, fighting, rescue (PCCC, CNCH) in 2025.

In recent years, the work of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue has been paid attention to and seriously implemented by Party committees, authorities at all levels, departments, branches, agencies and enterprises in the province, achieving encouraging results, contributing to promoting the movement of the entire people participating in fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue associated with the movement of the entire people protecting national security. In 2025, the Provincial Police Department directed the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department to implement Decision No. 299/QD-C07-P3 dated July 2, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on reviewing and recognizing typical advanced units in the movement of the entire people participating in fire prevention and fighting. The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department has reviewed and guided facilities under fire prevention and rescue management to register and organize the review and recognition of 37 collectives that are typical examples of progress in the mass movement of fire prevention and rescue in 2025. These are typical collectives in implementing fire prevention and rescue work at the grassroots level, with many initiatives, creative solutions, good practices, promoting the motto "4 on-site", bringing practical results and contributing significantly to the work of ensuring security and order in the locality.

At the conference, representatives of typical advanced collectives gave speeches and shared experiences in building grassroots fire prevention and fighting forces, organizing training and practicing fire fighting plans associated with the characteristics of each unit and enterprise.

Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Provincial Police praised the honored collectives and asked the units to continue to promote their core role in the movement of the entire population participating in fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue. He emphasized that the units need to strictly maintain safety conditions, consider fire prevention and fighting as a regular task, and at the same time replicate typical models and creative ways to create a spreading effect in the community.
