Chuong My district will use about 46 hectares of land to build works, urban areas, and houses in 2025 in the communes and towns of Xuan Mai, Hop Dong, and Dong Son.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2702/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the land use plan for 2025 in Chuong My district. Accordingly, Hanoi city adjusts the land use plan for 3 projects to renovate and upgrade pumping stations: Nhan Ly, My Thuong, My Ha with a total area of ​​about 8.58 hectares; supplementing the land use plan for 5 projects to build works, urban areas, and housing with a total land use area of ​​about 45.73 hectares.
