At the program, the Command of Coast Guard Region 1 propagated the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard, the sovereignty and security of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; on the functions and tasks of the Coast Guard in general, and the Coast Guard Region 1 Command in particular, in performing the task of law enforcement at sea and protecting the homeland's sovereignty and security of sea and islands; propagate the Law on prevention of drug harms to the community; at the same time, mobilize fishermen to actively prevent and combat illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

In addition, the Coast Guard Region 1 Command also organized a contest "I love the sea and islands of my homeland" with the participation of students from junior high schools: Thinh Long Town, Hai Hoa, Hai Ly, and presented gifts. 30 bicycles, 30 gifts for disadvantaged students to overcome difficulties and study well.
