Special art program 'Spring of Unification'

The special art program 'Spring of Reunification' is an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The event, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and relevant units, will take place tonight.

The special art program Spring of Reunification is divided into 3 chapters, including: The pain of separation and the path to reunification; Spring of peace ; Spring of a new era. The program has the participation of many artists such as People's Artist Quoc Hung, People's Artist Thu Hien, People's Artist Trong Phuc, People's Artist Phuong Loan, People's Artist Que Tran, People's Artist Ho Ngoc Trinh, Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam...

According to the organizers, the program combines elements of traditional art with modern art, through the language of music and dance, combined with modern sound and lighting systems to create unique colors, recreating the heroic, persistent, and resilient struggle of the entire nation to unify the country.

Through the performances, the organizers hope to portray a picture of Vietnam with its great achievements after 50 years of unification, under the wise and talented leadership of the Party. From there, continue the spirit of the day of total victory to build Vietnam into a stronger and more prosperous country as President Ho Chi Minh wished.

The meaning of the special art program 'Spring of Unification'

The special art program Spring of Reunification demonstrates the significance, greatness and great value of the Great Spring Victory of 1975 in the history of building and defending the country of our people. Through the program, the organizers propagate to all classes of people about love for the homeland, country, national pride and revolutionary tradition under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

This is also an opportunity to comprehensively and deeply evaluate the country's development achievements in all fields after 50 years of national reunification, after 40 years of implementing the renovation process of the whole country in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular. The program also aims to preserve and promote good traditional culture combined with tourism development, strengthen the great national unity bloc, and successfully carry out the renovation process of the country in the new era.

The special art program Spring of Reunification takes place at 8:10 p.m. tonight, April 29, at the Creative Park, broadcast live on VTV1.
