Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is determined by the Phan Thiet City Party Committee as a regular and continuous task. In that spirit, every year the Phan Thiet City Party Committee issues specialized plans on studying Uncle Ho. In the past 3 years, the most prominent is the development and implementation of the plan to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on "The will to be self-reliant, self-reliant and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country", "Building a team of exemplary cadres and party members with pure revolutionary morality, sufficient capacity, meeting the requirements of the task". It is known that the content of studying and following Uncle Ho is included in the monthly Party cell activities and quarterly specialized activities by Party organizations in the city, including assessing the implementation of the Party cell's resolutions. At the same time, self-associating the responsibility of each individual in performing assigned tasks; discuss, propose solutions, specific and practical actions to fulfill assigned duties and tasks.

At the same time, the Phan Thiet City Party Committee has directed the association of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns to spread and arouse the spirit of dedication and promote the strength of national solidarity. As a result, many models have been widely disseminated and replicated such as "Charity kitchen", "Joining hands to care for the poor and families in difficult circumstances", "Each teacher andeducation officer helps students in especially difficult circumstances", "Women starting a business", "Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings", "One word of Uncle Ho's teachings every day", "Surveillance cameras, crime prevention", "Anti-drug neighborhood", "Self-prevention and self-management of security and order", "Residential area protecting the environment", "Women 5 no, 3 clean", "Farmers' group ensuring environmental sanitation".

In particular, in studying and following Uncle Ho, the Standing Committee of the Phan Thiet City Party Committee has selected 3 breakthrough contents to focus on implementing. The focus is on strengthening Party building work, focusing on building and improving the quality of cadres and civil servants; mobilizing maximum resources to invest in synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure; focusing on preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic and economic recovery, caring for people's lives and health. During the implementation process, up to now, most leaders, managers and civil servants have met the standards of professional qualifications and political theory; there have been positive changes in working style, working hours, sense of organization and discipline; sense of responsibility; work quality and efficiency have been significantly improved, promoting the spirit of serving the people in performing public duties. Phan Thiet also regularly coordinates with provincial departments, branches and sectors to carry out projects in the city such as: Ca Ty River embankment and apartment complex project, Southern residential area project of Le Duan street, resettlement area on Ca Ty riverbank in Tien Loi commune, DT.719 road project, environmental sanitation and waste treatment, especially the commencement of construction of Van Thanh bridge which has received high support from the people.

In addition, many key, prominent and urgent issues were also focused on such as: administrative procedure reform; enhancing the responsibility and spirit of serving the people of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees to create positive changes; resolving long-standing complaints and petitions. In 2022, Phan Thiet completed 92 projects and tasks (28 projects, 64 tasks) with a total value of nearly 29 billion VND; the issue of restoring urban order and environmental sanitation continued to be improved, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, improving people's lives, and maintaining national defense and security.

Phan Thiet City Party Committee said that, promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Phan Thiet will continue to select breakthrough contents to continue implementing; strengthen the responsibility of setting an example for leaders of Party committees, authorities and cadres and party members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Build and implement cultural standards in leadership and management; combine studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with implementing the code of conduct for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies and units; code of conduct in public places, tighten discipline and administrative discipline; innovate working style and manners, creating strong and positive changes in the performance of public duties of cadres and civil servants throughout the city.
