Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to allow Viet Phat Group Joint Stock Company to change the purpose of use of more than 359 ^m2 including: rice land and perennial crop land in Hiep Hoa ward to commercial service land (investment in construction of commercial center and office for lease). The land use term is until August 10, 2073 (according to the project's operating term).

Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to lease more than 674 ^m2 of land in Hiep Hoa ward to Viet Phat Group Joint Stock Company for commercial service purposes (investment in building a commercial center and offices for rent). The land use term is until August 10, 2073 (according to the project's operating term). The form of land lease is that the state leases and collects land rent once for the entire lease term.

Previously, on February 10, Viet Phat Group Joint Stock Company coordinated with Dong Nai province to organize the launching ceremony of Aeon Mall Bien Hoa Project. The project has a total area of ​​nearly 12 hectares, located on Dang Van Tron street. This will be a comprehensive commercial service center project including: food and beverage services, children's play area and rental of stalls, shelves, and sales space that have been fully invested; renting and sub-leasing premises, warehouses, halls, offices for rent... In addition, implementing the right to import, export, wholesale and retail distribution of goods according to regulations. Investing in the construction of technical infrastructure for 3 roads around the project land according to the plan and handing over to the state for management. The project has a total investment of more than 6 trillion VND.

According to Viet Phat Group Corporation, Aeon Mall Bien Hoa Project is one of the largest commercial center projects in the country today.
