According to the young teacher, wearing beautiful ao dai is a small joy when teaching. At the same time, this is also a way to help her make a good impression on others and become more confident when standing on the podium. "Many parents shared with me that the students are very excited and proud when talking about me to their parents. That makes me feel both happy and proud to receive such affection," the young teacher happily said. Besides compliments about her appearance and outfit, there are some opinions that the young teacher is a bit too fussy and her fashion style is not suitable for the classroom environment because it is too "showy". In response to mixed comments, the teacher born in 1997 expressed her personal opinion: "When teaching, I always pay attention to choosing polite clothes, suitable for the environment and personal preferences, so I hope everyone will have a more objective view and not impose prejudices on young teachers like me. I, like other teachers, adhere to certain standards of the teaching profession, everyone has the right to be beautiful and dress beautifully and there is no rule that requires teachers to be simple."

Sharing about her fate of being attached to the teaching profession, teacher Nguyen Ngan confided: "I chose to be a teacher because my brothers and sisters are all civil servants, public employees, police officers, and teachers. So it can be said that the choice of job is partly due to career orientation from the family. Although the teaching profession does not have a high income and is under a lot of pressure, being able to be with innocent and lovely students and teaching them knowledge gives me a lot of motivation and joy". According to Nguyen Ngan, pursuing a career of "growing people" is not a wall that separates her from expressing her personality in fashion style. Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, the teacher born in 1997 said that she has designed many Ao Dai models to wear to internships since she was a student. Partly because of her love for traditional costumes of the nation, partly because of her love for beauty and wanting to take better care of herself, the young teacher always appears neat when standing on the podium. Teacher Nguyen Ngan also added that her colleagues and friends around her all expressed their love for the ao dai designs she designed herself and even asked to design and tailor them. This made the Gen Z teacher feel surprised and excited because of the positive support for her teaching clothes. The Gen Z teacher affirmed her passion for fashion when owning a collection of ao dai for teaching with many styles from traditional to modern stylized designs. Up to now, teacher Nguyen Ngan's ao dai collection is about 20-30 sets. All are designed with gorgeous stylization and are especially "unique".
