Building a streamlined organizational structure and integrated infrastructure.
Immediately after its establishment, the Party Committee and the government of Trieu Phong commune promptly reorganized the structure, developed operational regulations, clearly assigned tasks, and completed the arrangement of the office and working equipment.
The preparations for organizing the Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, consolidating the organizational structure, developing working regulations, and outlining the work program for the last six months of 2025 have been carried out seriously, systematically, and scientifically by the Party Committee and the local government. The Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations of the commune have been strengthened to operate more effectively.
In the field of public administration and investment, Trieu Phong commune has promptly reviewed and developed a medium-term investment plan for the period 2026-2030 and an investment plan for 2026; and formulated a commune planning scheme for the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2040.
Administrative reform efforts have been accelerated through digital transformation, the implementation of electronic "one-stop" systems, hotlines, and the public listing of procedures, helping citizens and businesses access services quickly and transparently.
Compensation and land clearance for key projects are carried out openly and fairly; land, resource, and environmental monitoring is strengthened to ensure harmonious and sustainable development.
In the first six months of 2025, the total production value of Trieu Phong commune reached 1,034.7 billion VND, accounting for nearly 50% of the annual plan. Of this, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries accounted for 135.3 billion VND; industry and construction for 355.8 billion VND; and trade and services for 543.6 billion VND, demonstrating a positive shift in the economic structure.
The two industrial clusters in the commune are operating actively. The Ai Tu Industrial Cluster (11 hectares) is 100% occupied with 12 businesses, creating jobs for over 350 workers; the Dong Ai Tu Industrial Cluster (34.6 hectares) is 95% occupied, attracting 22 projects, including 9 businesses that have been operating for many years, providing employment for over 1,000 local workers. The transportation infrastructure has been invested in comprehensively, connecting with inter-regional and inter-provincial roads, including National Highway 1 and National Highway 49C, contributing to the commune's economic development.
The agricultural sector is gradually being restructured towards modernization, applying scientific and technological advancements, forming concentrated production areas, and developing bio-secure farm animal husbandry to minimize environmental pollution. Models of linkages between farmers, cooperatives, and businesses help increase product value and income for the people.
In addition, Trieu Phong commune focuses on developing tourism associated with culture, history, and ecology. Many destinations such as the Le Duẩn Memorial Area, Sac Tu Tinh Quang Pagoda, Sai Market, and the Trieu Thuong 1 and 2 lakes are being planned as key tourist attractions, combining sightseeing, relaxation, and experiencing local cuisine, attracting tourists.
Education, healthcare, and social welfare continue to receive investment and attention. The commune has a complete school system including 3 kindergartens, 3 primary schools, 3 secondary schools, 1 high school, and 1 vocational training and continuing education center.
The basic healthcare network meets the medical needs of the people and effectively implements disease prevention and control programs. Policies supporting the poor and those eligible for social welfare programs are fully and promptly implemented, contributing to maintaining and developing people's livelihoods in the locality.

Make the most of your potential and strengths for development.
According to Dang Sy Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Trieu Phong commune, in the coming time, the commune's Party committee and government are determined to continue orienting development towards comprehensiveness, sustainability, and modernization.
Accordingly, in the agricultural sector, the commune continues to restructure, focusing on replicating high-economic-value models and developing bio-secure farm animal husbandry linked to environmental protection. Alongside this, it promotes the development of industry, handicrafts, trade, services, and tourism; resolving obstacles in land clearance and construction of key projects, including Nguyen Hoang road, the road connecting An Mo bridge to the General Secretary Le Duẩn Memorial Area, and the landscape improvement of Sac Tu lake.
On the other hand, emphasis should be placed on developing tourism, education, healthcare, population, poverty reduction, vocational training, and labor export, while focusing on effectively combating crime, drug abuse, and illegal mining activities.
In the field of Party and government building, comprehensive measures have been implemented, with a focus on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; administrative reform linked to digital transformation; tightening public service discipline; and improving the efficiency of receiving citizens and promptly resolving complaints and denunciations.
The mass mobilization work is strongly focused on the grassroots level to understand the legitimate aspirations and desires of the people, creating social consensus. With high determination and the synchronized involvement of the political system, Trieu Phong commune will rise to become a modern, dynamic, and sustainably developing economic and administrative center in the southern region of the province.
