There is a pristine and mysterious Tay Con Linh.

Returning to nature provides a tranquil time to observe and appreciate its pristine, unspoiled beauty. This beauty has the power to "nourish" the soul, a concept once mentioned in a Japanese book as an art form – "The Art of Forest Bathing." There, all human senses fully absorb the mountain air, from the lush green vegetation and delicate mist to the white foam bursting from the cool waterfalls.

Deep within the pristine Tây Côn Lĩnh mountain range, photographer Hải Cao Lê was fortunate enough to experience the feeling of "immersing himself in the forest," and he recounts this experience using his forte: photography.

It is a mystical, ancient forest located on the summit of Tay Con Linh mountain in Ha Giang . Hundreds of years old, with trunks so large that it would take 5-7 people holding hands to encircle them, proudly stretch upwards like giant hands reaching for the sunlight to survive.

The layer of green moss covering the tree trunks makes the already mysterious landscape even more surreal. In the culture of the La Chi ethnic group living here, the Tay Con Linh mountains and forests are more than just a surreal realm.

The La Chi people call this the "sacred mountain range," with its highest peak located on the upstream massif of the Chay River, in western Ha Giang province. At an altitude of 2,431m, it is often referred to as the "roof of the Northeast."

For travelers who love unspoiled natural beauty, Tay Con Linh is an ideal trekking destination. From September onwards, the air here is dry and cool during the day, while the temperature drops low at night and in the morning, making it quite cold.
