Vingroup stocks flourish, VN-Index continues to increase by more than 14 points

In the trading session on July 10, the strong cash flow continued to flow into the market along with the rise of Vingroup stocks: VIC, VHM, VRE, helping the main indices maintain a strong upward momentum throughout the session. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 14.32 points to 1,445.64 points.

In this session, stocks that had a positive impact on the VN-Index included: VIC, VHM, VRE, HPG, MSN, FPT, BSR, SHB , VJC, GVR with an increase of more than 14 points. On the contrary, stocks: VNM, MBB, VCB, VPL, TCB, HVN, FRT, VND, STB, KBC had a negative impact and took away more than 1.4 points from the VN-Index.

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 26,233.11 billion.

Foreign investors continued to net buy approximately VND1,074 on the HoSE. On the buying side, SSI shares were bought the most with a value of more than VND558 billion, followed by VPB (VND460 billion), HDB (VND146 billion), VRE (VND93 billion)... On the contrary, HPG was sold the most (VND375 billion), followed by CTG (VND55 billion), VCG (VND44 billion), FRT (VND43 billion)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 21 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 7 stocks decreasing.

Of which, VIC increased to the ceiling price of VND101,600/share, VRE increased by 6.16% to VND28,450/share, VHM increased by 5.13% to VND86,000/share, SHB increased by 2.5%, VJC increased by 2.13%, HPG increased by 1.62%, MSN increased by 1.45%, SSI increased by 1.4%, PLX increased by 1.2%.

Codes: ACB , BID, BVH, FPT, GAS, GVR, HDB, LPB, MWG, SAB, SSB, VPB increased slightly.

Two codes: BCM, CTG stop at reference.

On the contrary, MBB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VIB , VNM decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks closed in the green, accounting for the majority. Besides HPG mentioned above, DTL increased by 5.71% to VND11,100/share, VCA increased by 1.55%, HMC, HSG, NKG increased slightly. On the downside, SMC decreased by 1.36%, TLH decreased slightly.

The group of securities stocks cooled down compared to the previous session, closing down 0.01%. On the up side, besides SSI mentioned above, DSC increased by 2.58%, ORS, TCI, TVS, VCI, VIX increased slightly. On the opposite side, DSE decreased by 1.66%, APG decreased by 1.63%, VND decreased by 1.39%, AGR decreased by 1.26%, FTS decreased by 1.11%, BSI decreased by 1.02%, CTS, HCM, TVB, VDS decreased slightly.

The group of banking stocks was lucky to close in light green, up 0.08%. In addition to the codes ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: NAB increased by 3.14%, OCB increased slightly, EIB, MSB decreased slightly.

The real estate group, with the help of Vingroup stocks (VIC, VHM, VRE), increased the most in the market, adding 3.72%. In addition, the stocks that increased well also included: DRH, LDG hit the ceiling, SJS increased by 4.95%, NTL increased by 4.46%, QCG increased by 3.72%, CKG increased by 2.19%.

Other stock sectors such as: energy increased by 1.8%, software and services increased by 1.08%, telecommunications services increased by 1.07%, raw materials, utilities, industrial goods, essential aviation trade, food, beverages and tobacco increased slightly.

On the other hand, insurance, transportation, and consumer services decreased slightly.

* The Vietnamese stock market index continued to improve today. VNXALL-Index closed up 19.7 points (+0.83%), to 2,387.08 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with a trading volume of more than 1.16 billion units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 28,246.82 billion. In the whole market, there were 221 stocks increasing in price, 94 stocks remaining unchanged and 147 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 238.44 points, up 0.19 points (+0.08%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 109.08 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,954,822 billion. The entire floor had 94 stocks increasing, 64 stocks remaining unchanged and 68 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 0.81 points (+0.16%) at 493.46 points. Trading volume reached over 72.33 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND1,577,506 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 13 stocks increasing, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index decreased, closing at 102.40 points, down 0.10 points (-0.10%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 47.40 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 632,504 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 169 stocks increasing, 91 stocks remaining unchanged and 98 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 14.32 points (+1.00%) to 1,445.64 points. Liquidity reached over 1.121 billion units, equivalent to a trading value of VND27,412.31 billion. The entire floor had 185 stocks increasing, 62 stocks remaining unchanged and 119 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 26.07 points (+1.69%) and stood at 1,569.34 points. Liquidity reached more than 446.83 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND13,987.32 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 21 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 7 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HPG (over 85.28 million units), SHB (over 77.62 million units), SSI (over 51.76 million units), VIX (over 46.30 million units), VPB (over 36.74 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were BCG (6.98%), TCD (6.98%), VNE (6.97%), VIC (6.95%), OGC (6.92%).

The five stocks with the biggest declines were NAB (-17.55%), VSI (-6.06%), PJT (-5.61%), SFG (-4.35%), ANV (-4.31%).

* Today's derivatives market had 222,986 contracts traded, worth VND34,528.38 billion.
