"Supercar broker" Phan Cong Khanh was prosecuted for appropriating more than 32 billion

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy has just completed the indictment, prosecuting the accused Phan Cong Khanh (31 years old, residing in Vinh Long) for fraud and appropriation of property, Mohamach Da Pha (29 years old, residing in An Giang ) was prosecuted for fraud and appropriation of property and abuse of trust to appropriate property.

According to the indictment, due to business losses and wanting money to pay off debts, Phan Cong Khanh, Huynh Xuan Van (currently wanted) and Mohamach Da Pha discussed using fraudulent means to appropriate a McLaren 650S Spider car worth 7.1 billion VND from Ms. LNTH.

In addition, Phan Cong Khanh and Van lied that Khanh - Supper Company had bought a Brabus G800 car, making Mr. THP trust him and agree to buy it back for 24.5 billion VND. After Mr. P. transferred 24.5 billion VND, Khanh tried to avoid and used the money for personal purposes. Only when he heard that Khanh was arrested did Mr. P. realize he had been deceived.

According to the records, the defendant Mohamach Da Pha borrowed a BMW car (worth 870 million VND) from Mr. LTS for his own use, then arbitrarily pawned it for 1 billion VND to give to Van and lied to Mr. S. that Pha was still using this expensive car.

Regarding Huynh Xuan Van, after committing the crime he fled, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has issued a wanted notice. When he is arrested, he will be prosecuted.
