Each artifact is a priceless story.
49 years ago, at exactly 11:30 a.m. on March 29, 1975, the flag of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam of our army and people fluttered on the roof of Da Nang City Hall, marking the liberation of Da Nang.
Immediately after taking over the city, the revolutionary forces urgently established security and order, stabilized people's lives and began to rebuild the city.
To carry out these tasks, the Party Committee of Military Region 5 Command decided to establish the Military Management Committee of Da Nang city and all levels.
The Da Nang Military Management Committee is a provisional government temporarily run and managed by comrades in the military apparatus of Zone V and the Quang Da Special Zone Party Committee before transferring it back to the people's government.
Immediately after liberation, the Military Management Committee issued Announcement No. 01 announcing the list of the Military Management Committee of Da Nang City. The Military Management Committee's seal was used at this time (March 29, 2975). This was a hand-made seal, without a handle; demonstrating the authority and legal effect of the newly established government.

One of the first tasks of the Military Management Committee was to stabilize the security and order situation in the city, fight against sabotage activities, distort the guidelines and policies of the provisional revolutionary government , and overthrow the revolutionary government by reactionary elements.
Under the leadership and management of the Military Management Committee in the early days of liberation, the lives of the people of Da Nang city gradually became stable and orderly. At the same time, the people were excited and trusted the new government.
