According to relatives, about 10 days ago, D. was bathing in a stream, and it's possible that leeches crawled into her nose.
Doctors advise people, especially children, to be cautious when bathing in streams and springs to avoid parasitic infections entering the body through the nose and mouth. If any unusual health symptoms appear, people should go to a medical facility for timely diagnosis and treatment.
