The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued two urgent documents on the afternoon of June 15 warning of thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail and localized heavy rain in the Hanoi area.

At 5 p.m., satellite images, thunderstorm location data, and weather radar showed that convective clouds were developing and causing thunderstorms in some areas of Hanoi such as Ung Hoa, My Duc, Phu Xuyen, and Thuong Tin.

It is forecasted that in the next 30 minutes to 3 hours, the convective cloud area will continue to cause thunderstorms in the above areas and may expand to other inner-city districts. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The center recommends that "people should be cautious when traveling outdoors".

At 6:20 p.m., the warning said that in the next 3-6 hours, Hanoi's inner city and neighboring areas will continue to have heavy rain with common rainfall ranging from 30-60mm, in some places over 90mm.

Brother Overcame a Thousand Thorns Night 6 is taking place in heavy rain

Night 6 concert The Brother Who Overcame a Thousand Difficulties takes place at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 ( Hung Yen ), about 20km from the center of Hanoi.

On the official fanpage (with a blue tick) of the program at 6:55 p.m., the organizers wrote: "With respect and gratitude for the love of Gai con and the loving audience, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of today's weather. Let's bathe in the rain together and burn out! Stay healthy, everyone."

The organizers added: "I hope the rain will stop so we can all enjoy this explosive concert night."

In a quick exchange with Tuoi Tre Online , the program's media department said that up to now, all audience members have been given raincoats.

At 7pm, the show officially started with the song Fire Song. The talented cast performed with all their might in the pouring rain. Soobin even took off his shirt and bathed in the rain.
