Hanoi police looking for victims who were tricked into borrowing money through Zalo account 'Huan Hoa Hong'

On November 23, the Hanoi City Police Department issued a notice to find people who were scammed into borrowing money online related to the Facebook and Zalo accounts "Huan Hoa Hong".

According to authorities, recently, a number of people using Facebook and Zalo accounts named "Huan Hoa Hong" posted articles with content providing unsecured loan services without requiring collateral.

People working with these accounts are asked to transfer deposit fees, insurance fees or loan disbursement fees which are then appropriated.

The account number related to the fraud case was announced by the police.

Hanoi police also announced 21 bank accounts used by the scammers to receive money from victims. Of these, 10 accounts are named BUI XUAN HUAN; many accounts have beautiful numbers such as 2316999999999, 99914739999; 866888888891…

The investigation agency recommends that individuals who have had their property appropriated by the above-mentioned scammers or have had their money appropriated by the scammers using the above-mentioned accounts, should come to Hanoi City Police to work and provide necessary information.
