Hai Duong Provincial Police recently held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work. Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police attended and presented the decision to the transferred officers.
Specifically, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Thin, Chief of Cam Giang District Police, will take up his position as Head of the Personnel Organization Department. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Long, Chief of the Personnel Organization Department, will take up his position as Head of Chi Linh City Police. Major Nguyen Van Duc, Deputy Chief of Chi Linh City Police, will take up his position as Head of Cam Giang District Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police Bui Manh Hung congratulated the leaders of the district, city and department who were assigned to take on new positions.
Over the past time, the leaders at the district, city and department levels mentioned above have demonstrated their qualifications, abilities, especially political courage in positions with many pressures and difficulties; thereby promoting their roles and responsibilities, and excellently completing all assigned tasks.
In their new positions, the leaders of the Provincial Police Department requested those who were transferred to approach the work, stabilize the organization, review the work that has been and is being done, and immediately start their professional work; constantly cultivate and practice moral qualities; uphold the role and responsibility of the leader, continue to maintain internal solidarity; proactively do a good job of advising and leading, directing, and effectively implementing the assigned work aspects, fields, and tasks.
At the same time, promote political mettle, capacity and working experience, together with the Party Committee and leaders of the units, do a good job of training and improving the political mettle and qualifications of the staff and soldiers, building a clean and strong unit, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
