Police verify clip of 2 teenage girls 'skinny dipping' in Hoan Kiem Lake

According to the clip owner, the incident happened early this morning (May 16). As soon as the video was shared, the online community expressed outrage and criticism of the two girls' offensive behavior and requested that authorities take action.

On the evening of May 16, speaking with VietNamNet reporters, a leader of Hoan Kiem District Police said: "The district police are conducting an investigation and at this time, there is no specific information about the incident."

According to this leader, through images on social networking sites, it can be determined that the incident occurred near Thuy Ta Restaurant, Le Thai To Street.

In this area, the water level is about 2m deep and muddy. In the clip, the water level only rose to the height of the 2 young women, which is unreasonable. Hoan Kiem Lake is a place where swimming and fishing are prohibited. Any related actions must be approved by the Lake Management Board.
