In terms of scores, among the city's departments and agencies, the Department of Science and Technology ranked first (with 96.41%), followed by the Department of Internal Affairs; the Department of Agriculture and Environment ranked last.
For public service units under the People's Committee of Can Tho City, the top spot goes to Soc Trang Vocational College, followed by the Can Tho City Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transportation and Agriculture Projects; and Can Tho Vocational College is at the bottom of the list.
For central government agencies organized vertically and located within the city, the top-ranked agency is the Can Tho City Police Department, followed by the Can Tho City Tax Department; and the Can Tho City Statistics Department is at the bottom of the list.
At the commune level, Nga Nam ward tops the list, followed by Lam Tan commune; Truong Long commune is at the bottom.

The Lam Tan Commune Public Administrative Service Center, in coordination with the Commune Youth Union, has established a "Digital Literacy Team" to assist residents in carrying out administrative procedures.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested that agencies and units organize the dissemination and review of lessons learned; clarify the responsibilities of organizations and individuals with shortcomings and weaknesses in the implementation of the city's plan on determining the Administrative Reform Index for 2025. At the same time, the results of the Administrative Reform Index should be included as one of the contents of administrative reform inspection and evaluation work, as well as the annual evaluation and ranking of officials and civil servants; and solutions should be developed to promote administrative reform in the following years.
