According to the finalized list, the top 100 enterprises of PRIVATE 100 have a total budget contribution of nearly 173,000 billion VND in 2023. Of which, more than 30 units have a contribution of thousands of billions or more. Hoa Sen Group ranked 33rd with a budget contribution of 1,041.9 billion.

PRIVATE 100 was first announced on August 15, 2024, based on actual tax payments in the fiscal year (12 months) ending at times between June 30, 2023 and March 31, 2024. PRIVATE 100 includes a general list, including all private enterprises with payments of over VND 100 billion, and a list of Top 100 leading enterprises (Private 100: Leading Group). In the Top 100, if a corporation has many parent companies - subsidiaries that meet the standards, only the parent company is ranked.
According to the finalized list, the top 100 enterprises of PRIVATE 100 have a total budget contribution of nearly 173,000 billion VND in 2023. Of which, more than 30 units have a contribution of thousands of billions or more. The lowest enterprise has a contribution of more than 240 billion VND.
In the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the group continues to set a business plan with 2 scenarios. Scenario 1, expected revenue is 34,000 billion VND, up 7% and expected profit after tax is 400 billion VND, 13 times higher than the previous fiscal year. Scenario 2 is expected revenue is 36,000 billion VND, up 14% and expected profit after tax is 500 billion VND, 17 times higher than the previous fiscal year. Moreover, business operations are stable, with positive cash flow expected to be 1,500-2,000 billion VND per year. In the 2024-2029 strategy, the group considers expanding production and business activities to fields such as finance, banking, securities, insurance, real estate, technology, tourism and many other fields. The total maximum investment for expanded industries is not more than 5,000 billion VND.
Regarding the strategy to promote the Hoa Sen Home chain, a representative of Hoa Sen Group said that they are implementing a number of strategies such as: expanding the number of products for sale (SKU), gradually shifting to other products with better profit margins (tiles, paints, etc.) with the goal of increasing the proportion of these product lines to 50% in the next 3-5 years. At the same time, strengthening cost control at each store, training staff to be able to advise customers on more products. In addition, Hoa Sen Group will focus on approaching local contractors to have stable orders, and set specific sales targets for each store, each product line and require each store to make a profit within 06 months. The completion of the Hoa Sen Home chain is expected to create new growth momentum for Hoa Sen Group in the coming time. However, according to financial institutions, this completion process will take 1-2 years to create clear changes in the business performance of Hoa Sen Group.
