In recent years, the Province has also organized many creative literary and artistic activities such as: organizing writing competitions, performing activities, exchanges, promotions... contributing to preserving the fine cultural traditions of the nation and locality, enriching, enlivening and deepening the literary and artistic life of the province.

Up to now, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association has more than 520 members in 9 fields, including 1 People's Artist, 9 Meritorious Artists, 1 People's Artisan and 10 Meritorious Artisans.

Long An Cai Luong Art Troupe has staged and performed more than 3,600 shows, about 100 shows per year to serve the people.

Currently, the province has two professional art units: Long An Cai Luong Art Troupe and the Provincial Cultural and Art Center (including Long An People's Circus Troupe).

In parallel, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts coordinated to perform more than 3,800 art programs with many diverse and rich forms, attracting more than 1,200,000 viewers, winning 200 gold medals, nearly 300 silver medals and many other awards. In addition, every year, the cultural, sports and community learning centers of the commune organize more than 500 cultural and artistic activities; the cultural houses of hamlets and neighborhoods organize more than 1,000 art nights in residential areas; nearly 1,000 art clubs, teams and groups were established, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of people in residential areas, especially in border areas, remote and isolated areas.
