On the afternoon of February 4, Song Cong City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the City Party Executive Committee on merging the Propaganda and Education Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee. Attending the conference were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Vu Duy Hoang, Head of the Propaganda and Education Department of the Provincial Party Committee; Duong Xuan Hung, Head of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the Conference, the leaders of the Song Cong City Party Committee announced the decision of the City Party Executive Committee on merging the Propaganda and Education Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee; the decisions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work: Assigning comrade Le Quy Duong, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee, to assume the position of Head of the Propaganda and Education Committee of the City Party Committee; appointing 3 comrades as Deputy Heads of the Propaganda and Education Committee of the City Party Committee.

Speaking at the Conference, the leader of the Song Cong City Party Committee suggested that after the merger, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee urgently develop working regulations, assign tasks to the leaders of the Committee; assign and arrange cadres and specialists according to their capacity and strengths to promote the role of each cadre and specialist in performing assigned tasks.

Comrade Bui Van Luong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the Conference.

The conference announced Decision No. 2525/QD-TU dated February 4, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee on personnel work: Member of the Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Pho Yen City Party Committee; decisions of the Standing Committee of the Pho Yen City Party Committee on assigning comrade Vu Thi Thom, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to assume the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and concurrently Director of the City Political Center; ending the activities of the Party Committee of the Party Bloc; the Party Committee of the Government Bloc; the Party Committee of the Mass Organizations Bloc; establishing 11 Party cells under the Pho Yen City Party Committee and appointing the executive committees of the Party cells, including: Party Bloc; Mass Organizations Bloc; Office of the People's Council - People's Committee; Finance; Internal Affairs - Education; Center for Culture - Sports and Communications; Inspection - Justice - Culture; Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education; Center for Land Fund Development; Agriculture and Environment; Economy, Infrastructure and Urban.
