Announcement of decisions to establish, terminate and dissolve many organizations

(TN&MT) - This morning (February 4), Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the establishment, termination, and dissolution of Party organizations and personnel work.

At the Conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh, Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc.

Announcing the Decision to end the activities of 8 party delegations including the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation for the 2021-2026 term, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology for the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association for the 2023-2028 term, the Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term, the Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 term, the Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term, and the Provincial Veterans' Association for the 2022-2027 term.

The decision to terminate 3 provincial-level party committees, including the Provincial People's Committee Committee for the 2021-2026 term, the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Court Party Committee. The decisions take effect from February 4, 2025.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Lu Ngoc Binh announced the Provincial Party Committee's Decision on the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Decision allowed Mr. Vo Thanh An to cease holding the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2024-2029 term; assigned and appointed Mr. Vo Thanh An to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from February 4, 2025. Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh also announced the decisions on assigning and appointing Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

Also this morning, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision to establish the Party Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Agencies. Transferring 27 grassroots party organizations and 578 party members of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises to the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies.

Announcing the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee members, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Ngai province for the 2020-2025 term. Appointing 22 cadres to the Executive Committee, 8 cadres to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Ngai province for the 2020-2025 term. Appointing Mr. Dang Ngoc Huy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Ngai province for the 2020-2025 term. Mr. Nguyen Cao Phuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of the province. Ms. Truong Thi My Trang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of the province (full-time).

In her speech assigning tasks, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province, congratulated the cadres who had successfully completed their tasks, retired according to the regime, and congratulated the cadres who had received new tasks. The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee hoped that in their new positions and new apparatus, the cadres would continue to promote their capacity and strengths to successfully complete their tasks. Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van said:

“Newly established agencies and organizations must urgently implement the tasks in their new positions and positions.
