At the conference, Standing Committee member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Tran Vu Khiem announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the establishment of affiliated Party Committees and specialized advisory and support agencies; affiliated public service units of the Provincial Party Committee and personnel work.

Specifically: Establishing the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Tri province on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Binh province and the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Tri province (old). The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Tri province for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 20 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of the province, term 2020-2025, and 2 comrades as Deputy Secretaries.

Establishing the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (old) with 34 comrades; appointing the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with 11 comrades; appointing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with 4 Deputy Secretaries.

The Quang Tri Provincial Police Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Police Party Committee and the Quang Tri Provincial Police Party Committee (old). Major General Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the Quang Tri Provincial Police Department, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Establishment of the Provincial Military Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Military Party Committee and the Quang Tri Provincial Military Party Committee (old). Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The conference also announced the establishment of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Office and the old Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office. Comrade Le Van Bao, member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Chief of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Office.

Establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee (PMO) of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee (old) and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (old). Appoint comrade Truong An Ninh, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Establishment of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee (old). Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang affirmed: This is the time marking a comprehensive transformation in the organizational model and operating method of two-level local government.

The establishment and consolidation of advisory and support agencies for the Provincial Party Committee, affiliated Party committees and public service units is an important step, with direct significance for Party building, organizing the implementation of political tasks, and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the provincial political system.

He requested that the established agencies and units urgently stabilize their organizational structure and soon complete their working regulations.

In the process of taking over tasks from old agencies, it is necessary to ensure a smooth transition, without interruption of work, without missing any areas or fields, and without affecting the activities of people and businesses.

The advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee need to proactively coordinate, promptly provide correct, accurate and effective advice, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Provincial Party Committee in the new period.
