The Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank of Thanh Hoa province focuses on the grassroots level, taking union members as the center.

On November 27, the Trade Union of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Bank for Social Policies (Thanh Hoa Bank for Social Policies) held its 8th Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the congress was Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Deputy General Director of the Bank for Social Policies.

In the period of 2023-2025, the Trade Union of the Social Policy Bank of Thanh Hoa province clearly demonstrates its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Trade unions at all levels have done well in social security work and "gratitude" activities with a total budget of nearly 4.6 billion VND in the past 3 years. At the same time, they have effectively organized emulation movements and built a strong team to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In particular, the Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank's Trade Union has encouraged, motivated, and encouraged union members and employees to effectively implement policy credit programs in the area. As of early October 2025, the branch's total operating capital reached VND 15,791 billion, an increase of VND 3,789 billion compared to the end of 2022.

In the 2025-2030 term, promoting the tradition of solidarity, dynamism and creativity of the collective of cadres, union members and workers, the Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank's grassroots trade union continues to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking union members as the center; performing well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participating in building a strong Party, government and unit; improving the quality of the team, building a strong trade union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of tasks.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy General Director of the VBSP Nguyen Thi Hang requested the Thanh Hoa VBSP's grassroots trade union to continue promoting the achieved results, closely following the assigned tasks, continuing to advise and propose effective solutions to promote credit growth; pay attention to taking care of the legitimate rights and interests of workers; research and develop programs and projects suitable for Thanh Hoa province to effectively implement policy credit, complete and exceed the set targets.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank Trade Union, term VIII, 2025-2030, and delegates to attend the 6th Congress of the Social Policy Bank Trade Union.
