On November 27, Hai Phong Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs) organized the Job Fair "JOB FAIR MARITIME FUTURE - Startup Sail" in 2025, at Maritime and Waterway College 1 (Dong Hai ward).
On campus, 33 businesses organized consulting and career guidance booths for nearly 1,700 students of the school's training systems.

At the fair, businesses registered to recruit about 6,000 workers. Some businesses have a need to recruit a large number of workers in the fields of mechanics, garments, logistics, accounting... Such as Jasan Vietnam Co., Ltd. has a need to recruit more than 500 workers, Maple Co., Ltd. needs to add 600 workers, Toyoda Gosei Hai Phong Co., Ltd. wants to add more than 200 workers, Van Long Co., Ltd. wants to recruit more than 100 people...
The job fair is an opportunity for the school to see more clearly the actual effectiveness of training activities; to listen to the sharing and feedback from the employers themselves.
