Vietnam Airlines successfully organized the first 2025 Job Fair

The first job fair organized by Vietnam Airlines was a great success, attracting the participation of more than 1,600 students and young people who love the aviation industry. Through the fair, students and young workers were exposed to the professional and modern working environment of Vietnam Airlines, and at the same time, explored the wide-open career opportunities at the airline.

Nearly 25 member units gathered together to introduce a comprehensive picture of 8 career groups from flight operations, flight attendants, engineering to trade and services, opening the door to hundreds of different job positions. Ngoc Huyen, a fourth-year student at the University of Foreign Languages ​​- Vietnam National University, Hanoi , shared: "I am really impressed with the scale of the program and the diversity of career fields introduced today. Visiting the interactive booths, Van Thanh, a first-year student from the Faculty of International Relations - Diplomatic Academy, was extremely excited to explore the career ecosystem at Vietnam Airlines for the first time and learn more about the operational areas behind the national airline. At the Flight Attendant Group area, activities such as makeup, hair styling, and transforming into flight attendants took place enthusiastically, attracting the attention of many young people, and the direct selection round was also held right here. Hien Khanh, a 22-year-old candidate from Hanoi University of Culture, shared: "Being a flight attendant is a dream that I have cherished for a long time. Today's job fair gave me the opportunity to take the direct selection test as well as understand more about the profession through the enthusiastic sharing of the judges and the seniors in the Flight Attendant Group.
