Linking training with the labor market, opening up job opportunities for students

On November 15, Vinh Long University of Technical Education (Vinh Long province) held the Graduation Ceremony and the 2nd Job Fair in 2025.

In this graduation session, the whole school has 1,058 full-time students, 47 part-time students and 35 new Masters in 27 majors recognized for completing the training program. Of which, 31 students achieved excellent results, 132 students achieved good results, 512 students achieved good results. In particular, the school has 20 students of the engineering program working in Japan who have completed the course with excellence, continuing to affirm the school's strategic direction in training high-quality technical human resources to serve the international labor market.

The job fair was attended by 18 businesses and companies inside and outside the province. This is an annual activity aimed at creating a direct bridge between learners and the labor market, strengthening cooperative relationships with the business community, working together in training, scientific research and developing high-quality human resources to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

At the event, businesses introduced hundreds of job positions, internship programs, advanced vocational training opportunities and recruited engineers to go to Japan. New engineers and new graduates had the opportunity to interview directly and learn about recruitment needs right after receiving their diplomas; students studying at the school also had the opportunity to approach real career trends and internship opportunities at businesses.

Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Anh Cang - Vice Principal of Vinh Long University of Technical Education said that the graduation ceremony is not only an achievement but also a starting point for a wide-open career journey. The school hopes that the new masters, bachelors, and engineers will confidently enter their career journey with knowledge, courage, skills, especially the spirit of innovation and creativity; at the same time, continue to study and research to improve their capacity, professional knowledge, develop themselves and serve the country well.
