Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On November 15, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work. Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, attended and presented the decision.

At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, to cease participating in the Party Central Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, he was transferred, assigned and appointed to participate in the Party Central Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Presenting the decision and congratulating flowers , Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized that the Politburo's trust in assigning and mobilizing Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee demonstrates the Central Committee's deep trust in the staff.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan.

He said that the policy of the Politburo and the Secretariat is not to arrange for the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be a local person in order to improve leadership and management effectiveness.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong assessed Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan as a cadre who grew up from the grassroots, has strong political will, and is rich in experience in Party building and state management.

In any position, Mr. Tuan has always excellently completed his tasks, actively contributing to the development of the locality and the agency or unit where he worked.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that with his qualities, capacity and practical experience, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan will quickly grasp the tasks and promote his leadership role in Thai Nguyen province.

He proposed that the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee create favorable conditions for Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan to successfully complete his assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the locality.

Speaking on receiving his new assignment, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his honor at being trusted by the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Organizing Committee to take on a new responsibility in Thai Nguyen province.

He affirmed that this is a great pride but also a heavy responsibility in response to the requirements of Party building, economic and social development, and ensuring national defense and security in the new period.

Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

Mr. Tuan affirmed that he will make every effort, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, creativity, and devote all his strength, intelligence and aspiration to contribute to building a clean and strong Party and political system with the collective of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Executive Committee.

The new Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee pledged to effectively exploit the province's potential and advantages; proactively seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges; contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress and, together with the whole country, successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.

Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong and the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan.

He also hopes to continue receiving the attention and leadership of the Central Government; the support of generations of provincial leaders; the close coordination of the team of cadres, party members, business community and people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province.

On this occasion, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan sent his gratitude to generations of leaders of Bac Ninh province, the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people of Bac Ninh province who have always accompanied him during 25 years of working in his homeland.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city (old), now Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province; his professional qualification is a PhD in Business Administration.

From May 2012 to May 2015, he was Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

From May 2015 to July 2020, he held the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee.

From July 2020 to July 2024, he was Vice Chairman, Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

At the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Tuan was elected as an alternate member of the Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

From July 2024 to November 2025, he held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
