Appointing Mr. Pham Hoang Son as Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of November 14, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Attending the conference were Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong; Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai. Also attending were Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan.

The representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, Pham Hoang Son, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, and transferring and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong said: Implementing the policy of the Politburo , the Secretariat requested localities to arrange all positions of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee not to be local people, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan was mobilized and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to be introduced for election to the position of Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated Mr. Pham Hoang Son on being entrusted by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Pham Hoang Son was born and worked in Thai Nguyen province, has held many positions, successfully completed all assigned tasks; always maintained the spirit of solidarity. With knowledge, experience from the working process, courage, capacity, good qualities, Mr. Pham Hoang Son and the leaders of Bac Ninh province will quickly approach the work and well implement the tasks, realizing the goals and aspirations of the province in the coming time.

Provincial leaders at all levels and sectors unite, coordinate, share and support Mr. Pham Hoang Son to successfully perform his assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony to receive the assignment, Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Son said that he is deeply aware that his new position is an honor and responsibility to the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Party Committee, the government and the people; he affirmed that he will continue to practice, learn, and make determined efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

He pledged to uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit together with the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Executive Committee of Bac Ninh province to promote the strength of great solidarity, collective intelligence, the spirit of innovation and creativity, arouse the aspiration to rise up, inherit and promote the achievements of previous generations and the traditional cultural and historical values of the province; proactively and positively seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, and build Bac Ninh to become increasingly rich, beautiful, cultured, civilized and modern.

Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Son was born in 1976 in Thai Nguyen province; political theory level: Senior; professional level: Master of Agricultural Science.

Before being assigned as Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Pham Hoang Son held the positions of Secretary of the Phu Luong District Party Committee, Thai Nguyen Province; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, Head of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Cadre Health Care Commission.

From November 2020 to December 2020, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; from December 2020 to February 2025, he was appointed as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province.

From February to June 2025, Mr. Pham Hoang Son held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Thai Nguyen province.

From July 2025 to present, he has held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province./.
