On November 15, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work. Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong attended and presented the Decision.

At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 2521/QD-BCT dated November 4, 2025 of the Politburo on comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province ceases to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceases to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; mobilizes, assigns, and appoints to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Presenting the Decision, presenting flowers, and speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan on being trusted, mobilized, assigned, and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions, and is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and state management. In his positions, he has always fulfilled his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency and unit. He hopes that in his new position, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan will continue to promote his capacity and experience, and together with the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, he will lead and direct Thai Nguyen to develop strongly.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his excitement, honor and sincere thanks to the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Organizing Committee for their attention and trust in assigning him the new responsibility in Thai Nguyen province. He emphasized that this is a great honor but also a very heavy responsibility in the face of the high requirements for building a strong Party and political system; developing the economy and society; and ensuring national defense and security of the province.

In his new position, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed that he will make every effort, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy and creativity; bring all his ability, intelligence, enthusiasm and aspiration to contribute to the Provincial Party Executive Committee to build a clean and strong Party and political system.

New Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan pledged to effectively exploit the province's potential and advantages; seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges; join hands and unite to successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress and contribute with the whole country to successfully complete the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city (old), now Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province. He has a PhD in Business Administration.

From May 2012 to May 2015, he was Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union. From May 2015 to July 2020, he held the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee. From July 2020 to July 2024, he was Vice Chairman and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

At the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as an alternate member of the 13th Party Central Committee, term 2021 - 2026. From July 2024 to November 2025, he held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
