| Gifts from the "Zero-dong booth" were carefully folded by police officers when given out. |
The idea of the "Zero-dong stall" came from the proposal of Captain Hoang Xuan Hao, Deputy Chief of Bang Thanh Commune Police, with the desire to contribute a small part to share the difficulties of the people in the highlands.
Launched on November 1, 2025, the “Zero-dong booth” is located right next to the administrative procedure reception and return area of Bang Thanh commune. On the small table and iron shelf, gifts are neatly arranged: teddy bears, bags of rice, cartons of milk, sweaters, shoes or school bags... Anyone who comes to make an ID card will be enthusiastically guided by the staff, helped to complete the procedures, and then invited to stop by the booth to choose a small gift to take home. For children, the police also help choose the right shirt, or neatly wrap the candy.
Every time it rains, the booth adds new raincoats, especially when the booth's items are increasingly diverse and complete. All are donated and shared by officers and soldiers in the unit and benefactors. Some people send boxes of noodles, some contribute a few kilos of rice or a shirt that is still intact, all gathered together into a booth full of love. Up to now, nearly 100 children have received gifts when coming to make ID cards.
The enthusiastic guidance of officers and soldiers when people came to do procedures and the gifts from the "Zero-dong booth" brought about clear results. More people came to do procedures, with more enthusiasm, contributing to speeding up the process of issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts.
Furthermore, through the model, people's trust in the police force is also increased, who are both officers performing their duties and companions who share people's lives.

| Many kind-hearted people came to support the "Zero-dong stall". |
Captain Hoang Xuan Hao, Deputy Chief of Bang Thanh Commune Police, said: After information about the booth was spread on social networks, many people knew about it and expressed their desire to contribute to the "Zero-VND Booth". Some people came from other provinces, some from the commune, all wanted to join hands to support people in difficult circumstances. Contributions from the community have enriched the booth.
Along with the creative "Zero-dong stall" model, Bang Thanh Commune Police also regularly organizes legal propaganda, traffic safety instructions, gifts for poor households, mobilizes support for schools, or the "Warm clothes for children" program for students in mountainous areas.
In the coming time, Bang Thanh Commune Police identified the "Zero-dong stall" as a meaningful model that needs to be maintained for a long time. At the same time, the unit is implementing a plan to expand to the "Zero-dong stall for children" model at schools. The goal is to encourage and motivate students to study and practice hard; students with good results will receive small rewards from the stall, thereby sharing and encouraging the spirit of rising up of the little buds.
