Also attending were leaders of Party committees, the Party Central Office, permanent representatives of the National Assembly agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Hanoi city, and Ba Dinh ward.

On behalf of the Front Working Committees of Cluster 1 reporting at the Festival, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Front Working Committee No. 5 Nguyen Cao Bien said that Cluster 1 of Ba Dinh Ward consists of 8 residential groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 with about 2,200 households and 8,000 people. The people and the cadres and party members in the area have a high level of education, always promoting revolutionary traditions, solidarity, and trust in the leadership of the Party and the cause of national renewal.

In 2025, under the direct leadership of the Residential Group Party Cell and the direction of the Ba Dinh Ward Fatherland Front Committee, the Residential Group Front Working Committees of Cluster 1 promoted the spirit of solidarity, democracy and responsibility; closely coordinated with organizations, actively mobilized people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, patriotic emulation movements such as the movement "All people protect national security", the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", achieving many very exciting results.

In particular, it has organized propaganda and mobilized all classes of people to strengthen, consolidate, expand and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, continue to promote propaganda and mobilize union members and all classes of people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies.

In particular, in the context of the whole country promoting digital transformation, the Front Working Committees of Cluster 1 have deployed and effectively implemented the model of "Digital Front Working Committee", applying technology to bring Front activities closer to the people, especially the young generation, thereby strengthening the great national unity bloc in the digital age.

Each cadre, party member, association member, and citizen should uphold the spirit of responsibility, set an example in implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines; actively participate in activities in residential areas, contributing to building a strong national unity bloc.

Second, compete to develop the economy, improve living standards, and build civilized urban areas. Each family is a "cell" of solidarity, voluntarily doing a good job of environmental sanitation, urban beautification, preserving bright - green - clean - beautiful landscapes; actively participating in self-management models, civilized, safe, and friendly residential groups.

Third, compete to build a cultural life, care for people in difficult circumstances and the disadvantaged.
