Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Inspectorate Sector

On the afternoon of November 15, Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate organized a discussion and meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Inspectorate (November 23, 1945 - November 23, 2025).

The seminar was attended by former leaders of the Provincial Inspectorate through the periods, current leaders and 234 civil servants and employees working at the agency.

Comrade Ngo Kiem, Chief Inspector of Lam Dong province, spoke to review the 80-year tradition of the industry.

In a solemn and warm atmosphere, delegates reviewed the 80-year journey of formation and development of the Vietnam Inspectorate since President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree No. 64 establishing the Special Inspectorate in 1945.

Over the past eight decades, the Inspection Sector has continuously improved its organization, innovated its methods and promoted its role in state management, handling complaints and denunciations, as well as preventing and combating corruption.

Notably, the 2025 Inspection Law passed by the National Assembly opens a new development phase, aiming for professionalism, transparency, modernity and strong application of digital technology .

In line with the general tradition of the industry, Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate has gone through 49 years of construction and growth, from the early years of the agency's establishment (1976) to the strong innovation stages under the Inspection Law 2004, 2010 and now the Inspection Law 2025.

During this process, generations of cadres and civil servants have conducted thousands of inspections, resolved many complicated cases, contributed to maintaining discipline and improving the effectiveness of state management in the province.

From July 1, 2025, Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate will be merged from the inspectorates of three provinces Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong, with a structure including Chief Inspector, 7 Deputy Chief Inspectors, Office and 8 professional departments.

Immediately after the merger, the agency quickly stabilized the organization and launched the emulation movement "80 years of Vietnam Inspectorate - Connecting traditions, creating the future", creating new momentum, confidence and motivation for the entire industry.

Speaking at the seminar, Comrade Ngo Kiem, Chief Inspector of the province, emphasized that the tradition of "Solidarity - Discipline - Integrity - Action - Creativity - Efficiency" is the core value for Lam Dong Inspectorate to continue to move forward in the new context; at the same time, expressed gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations of cadres.

In parallel with the discussion, in the morning of the same day, Lam Dong Provincial Inspectorate organized welcome sports activities such as mini football, pickleball and sports exchange.
