On 2 and 7 June, the Provincial Health Trade Union held the 8th Congress, term 6-2023.
During the last term, the Health Trade Union has promoted the spirit of solidarity, made efforts to achieve and exceed the set targets, plans and resolutions. Trade unions actively innovate contents and modes of operation, perform well the representation, protection of legitimate and legitimate rights and interests, and take care of the interests of union members and employees. The work of consolidating and building a developed and strong trade union organization is concerned and promoted. In the last term, the whole industry has developed 633 new members, exceeding 43% of the target. Every year, 90% of grassroots trade unions (conventional trade unions) achieve strong results.
The Executive Board of the Health Industry Trade Union for the term 2023-2028 was introduced at the congress.
In the new term, the Health Trade Union continues to innovate contents and modes of operation, build a strong organization; well perform the task of representing, taking care of and protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; participate in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in agencies, units and enterprises. In particular, coordinate with the authorities to carry out two breakthroughs: Implement the plan for digital transformation of the health sector to 2 and orientation to 2025; train doctors at the grassroots level and in rare specialties until 2030, contributing to the cause of protecting, caring for and improving the people's health. Striving for 2025% of public service unions in the administrative and non-business sector and 80% of corporate trade unions to fulfill their tasks well; 100% or more of the union members achieve the title of good union member; 90% of trade union officials are of good grade.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Health Industry Trade Union, term VII, term 2023-2025, including 12 members.
