The Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade has publicly announced 13 phone numbers to receive consumer feedback regarding E10 gasoline in the city.

Consumers use E10 gasoline at a gas station on Le Hong Phong Street, Hai An Ward.

The Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade has just announced 13 hotline numbers to receive feedback from organizations, individuals, and consumers regarding E10 gasoline, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and contribute to building a safe, healthy, and sustainable consumer environment.

Specifically, the hotline number for receiving complaints is: 085 2909599.

Hai Phong city currently has 10 fuel depots with a total capacity of over 467,000 ^m³ and 498 retail fuel stations. By May 28th, 100% of wholesale and distribution traders in the area had implemented the sale of E10 RON95 gasoline; nearly 95% of retail stations had completed the conversion. It is expected that the entire system will be completed before June 1st, 2026.
