Difficulties abound due to natural disasters.

2025 was considered a challenging period for 715B Coffee Company Limited (Ea Rieng commune, Dak Lak province ), especially regarding weather conditions and capital bottlenecks. However, the company's staff and employees resolutely overcame these difficulties. With decisive leadership and the collective effort of the team, the enterprise not only achieved its production targets but also confidently set ambitious goals for 2026.

Sharing about the challenges of the past year, Mr. Nguyen Van Dien, Director of 715B Coffee Company, said that unusual weather patterns directly impacted crop yields. Prolonged heavy rains during the coffee flowering period significantly reduced fruit set. Towards the end of the year, late rains continued to hinder coffee harvesting and processing, as well as rubber tapping, resulting in lower-than-expected production. In addition, some areas of poor soil, far from irrigation sources, also affected crop growth, leading to unstable yields.

In addition to facing natural disasters, the company also faces significant financial pressure due to limited equity capital and inability to access bank loans. The increasing need for capital for replanting coffee and rubber trees and upgrading infrastructure forces the company to proactively manage and mobilize maximum internal resources to maintain production.

In the face of these difficulties, the spirit of solidarity among the company's staff and workers was strongly demonstrated. The close guidance of the leadership, along with timely support from the Vietnam Coffee Corporation and the local government, became an important foundation, helping the unit gradually overcome obstacles and maintain stable production.

Currently, the company manages over 564 hectares of agricultural land, including over 306 hectares of robusta coffee, over 173 hectares of rubber, over 12 hectares of macadamia nuts, and 2.3 hectares of jackfruit coffee. Based on this, production teams are directed to focus on caring for the orchards according to proper technical procedures, from weeding and pruning to shaping, ensuring uniform growth.

Notably, the company has established a mandatory investment process for coffee cultivation, while also strengthening inspection and supervision to promptly address any shortcomings. As a result, the rate of crop care reached over 95%, with total investment in production reaching 1.67 billion VND, equivalent to nearly 177 tons of fertilizer used. The contracted plantation management achieved 100% completion, and harvesting and product recovery were carried out according to plan.

At the end of the 2025 crop year, the company harvested over 994 tons of fresh coffee cherries; rubber latex production reached over 244 tons of dry latex. Thanks to optimized management and operations, revenue reached over 22.1 billion VND, and profit was nearly 3.8 billion VND.

Creating momentum for a breakthrough in 2026

Entering 2026, 715B Coffee Company aims to improve the quality and productivity of its plantations, considering this as the foundation for sustainable growth. Accordingly, over 303 hectares of commercial coffee plantations will continue to be cared for according to strict technical procedures, combined with measures to improve soil, increase fertility, and effectively control pests and diseases. The goal is to achieve a rate of over 90% of Grade A plantations, prevent degradation, and increase the average yield of fresh coffee cherries to 10-12 tons/ha.

Simultaneously, the company is implementing a systematic plan for replanting and expanding its cultivated area. This year, the unit plans to care for nearly 4.6 hectares of second-year robusta coffee, plant over 6 hectares of new robusta coffee, and 13 hectares of coffee with a total investment of billions of VND. For rubber trees, the company continues to invest in caring for over 24 hectares of newly established rubber trees and planting nearly 5 hectares, aiming for an average yield of 6.5-7 tons of latex per hectare.

In addition, the unit also plans to invest approximately 650 million VND to upgrade the coffee drying system and improve working conditions for employees. This is considered an important step to improve product quality, increase value, and gradually modernize production.

With a solid foundation and a commitment to innovation, 715B Coffee Company expects to make a significant breakthrough in 2026, gradually asserting its position and developing in an efficient and sustainable direction.
