Mr. Do Nguyen Hung - Director of KhoPC said: "In order to ensure safe power supply during the National Day holiday on September 2 as well as the opening of the new school year 2025 - 2026, since the end of July, under the direction of the Central Power Corporation and the Central Power System Control Center, the unit has deployed many tasks to prepare for safe, continuous and stable power supply for the upcoming holidays. At the same time, resolutely directing affiliated units to develop operating plans, strengthen inspection, promptly handle existing problems and defects of power lines and transformer stations from 110kV and below; cleaning porcelain and electrical equipment using hotline cleaning technology is promoted; clearing of power grid corridors is implemented. For tasks such as: Power outage for maintenance, testing, replacement of equipment that does not ensure operation, swapping underloaded and fully loaded transformer stations, increasing and decreasing capacity The capacity of the transformer station is concentrated in human and material resources to carry out comprehensively".

KHoPC also implemented a plan to cut and lay off medium and low voltage compensation to prevent high voltage, minimize the situation of reactive power being transmitted back into the transmission grid during the low load period during the holidays, avoiding the risk of incidents; directed the departments on duty to control and operate the grid to strictly comply with the voltage charts of regional and national dispatchers; strictly implemented the mobilization of rooftop solar power sources and small hydropower sources operating according to the avoidable cost mechanism under the direction of the Central Power Corporation.
In addition, the company also strengthens the dissemination of information to all officers and employees about the operation, security protection of the unit, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, and traffic safety during the holidays; assigns and assigns tasks to officers and employees on duty as leaders, dispatchers, and 24/7 electrical operation and repair staff during the holidays; supplies, equipment, communication systems, and means of transport are fully arranged to be ready to handle power grid incidents as quickly as possible.

Mr. Do Nguyen Hung said: “KHoPC has synchronously deployed many solutions such as: Establishing and implementing plans to ensure electricity early, focusing on administrative centers, entertainment areas, tourist attractions, and festival venues; strengthening inspection and maintenance of the power grid, thoroughly handling points at risk of incidents; arranging forces to operate and handle incidents 24/7, increasing on-site response, and always being ready to respond to all situations. In addition, non-emergency power outages have been postponed, while the remote operation monitoring system has been enhanced to promptly detect and handle abnormalities.”

On the other hand, KHoPC directed its affiliated units to proactively work with local authorities to grasp the time, location, and areas that need to ensure stable power supply to serve key opening ceremonies and programs and to perform well in business and customer service; arrange backup generators, check and strengthen the power grid to ensure safe and stable electricity at important locations and areas, where major political and cultural activities of the province take place.
