The Politburo appointed Mr. Pham Gia Tuc to hold the position of Chief of the Party Central Office.

The Party Central Committee Office held a conference today to announce the Politburo 's decision to appoint Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, to hold the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu said that based on work requirements and tasks, the Politburo decided to assign and transfer Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, to resign from his position as Chief of the Party Central Committee Office to take on a new assignment. At the same time, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc was appointed to the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.

On behalf of the Politburo, congratulating Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that this is a very important task of the Party, requiring steadfast political will, comprehensive capacity, high sense of responsibility, dedication and exemplary behavior.

The Standing Secretariat requested Mr. Pham Gia Tuc to continue to promote his experience, capacity, and strengths, and together with the leadership of the Party Central Office, promote the tradition of solidarity and join hands to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary .

The Standing Secretariat of the Party pointed out that the 14th National Party Congress is approaching very soon, with a huge workload, especially for the Party Central Office - the standing agency of the Party Central Committee's Organization Subcommittee serving the Congress. Therefore, the collective leadership of the Party Central Office and the Head of the Party Central Office thoroughly grasp the Party's policies and resolutions, the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary to the Party Central Office.

The Office needs to continue to build and perfect its apparatus, improve the quality of its staff, raise the level of strategic advice, and operate effectively, efficiently, and effectively, so that the Office can truly be the intellectual nucleus, the strategic "general staff" of the Party and the Central Committee.

In addition, the Central Party Office continues to innovate strongly, proactively, creatively, promptly synthesize, propose, advise the Politburo, the Secretariat, key leaders, comprehensively lead and direct all major aspects of the country's work, promptly resolve sudden and arising issues. Speaking at the new assignment, Chief of the Party Central Office Pham Gia Tuc expressed his deep awareness that this is a great honor, but also a heavy responsibility for the individual, no matter what the circumstances, he must strive and try not to disappoint the Party's trust.

He affirmed that he will continue to strive, study, cultivate, train, and devote all his efforts to contributing to the Party, State and people.

He also pledged to work with the leadership of the Party Central Office to maintain solidarity and unity, promote traditions, inherit achievements, results and experiences of previous generations of leaders, and fully carry out the tasks and powers assigned by the Politburo.

Mr. Pham Gia Tuc was born in 1965, from Nam Dinh. He has a Master's degree in public administration and a Bachelor's degree in economics.

The new Chief of the Party Central Office has held many positions such as Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, and Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

In April 2021, Mr. Tuc was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Then, in November 2024, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc was decided by the Politburo to transfer, assign, and appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Office of the Party until now.
