On October 28, the Steering Committee of the Project "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level for the period 2021 - 2027" (referred to as Project 1371) of the province organized a conference to disseminate, disseminate and educate the law for nearly 600 delegates who are village and residential group officials; officers and soldiers of the armed forces; union members, association members, students and people of all walks of life in the two communes of Van Ninh and Khanh Vinh.
