In October 2025, the Market Management force of Khanh Hoa province presided over and coordinated with functional agencies to conduct 99 inspections, thereby detecting 46 violations, with a total value of violating goods of more than 385 million VND; handling 49 cases (including 3 cases transferred from the previous month); collecting 401 million VND to the state budget; forcing the destruction of 3,993 units of tobacco products, footwear, children's toys, and various foods; confiscating 596 units of metal products, children's toys, household goods, phones, tablets, etc.; temporarily detaining 50 units of eyeglasses, watches, and alcohol products for further handling according to regulations.

Along with the market inspection and control work, the provincial Market Management force has carried out propaganda and mobilized the signing of 224 commitments not to trade in smuggled goods; not to produce or trade in prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, goods that infringe intellectual property rights, goods that do not ensure quality and goods that do not ensure food safety; to list prices and sell at listed prices, not to speculate, hoard goods to unreasonably increase prices.
