Since the new government apparatus was put into operation, the "super ward" Tran Bien has received 36 projects transferred from Bien Hoa city (old), most of which are large projects. Although 10 staff members were assigned to support the work of inventorying, compiling compensation plans, confirming land origin, making and advising on payment plans, propagating and explaining policies to people in the project area, due to the large workload, complicated legal documents, wide project scope... many departments had to work day and night, even working extra days off to ensure work progress.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Trong, an expert of the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department of Tran Bien Ward, said: For key projects, we must take advantage of the evening to visit each household to propagate and mobilize to hand over clean land, ensuring the completion of the ward's public investment disbursement target.
According to Le Hoang Tuan Anh, Deputy Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Tran Bien Ward: During the time when there is no additional support from superiors, the immediate solution is to temporarily mobilize employees to work overtime, even working in the evening. Because if we are not determined and do not make efforts, we certainly cannot ensure the progress of the projects.

Phuoc Tan Ward has about 20 projects underway. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vuong, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, said: Currently, the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas has arranged 20 officers and civil servants to carry out the task. Of these, only 2 officers and civil servants are related to the expertise of compensation and site clearance.
“Having only two officials and civil servants with expertise in compensation and site clearance not only puts pressure on the locality, but also puts pressure on the officials and civil servants assigned to the task, because the workload is too large. Therefore, it is necessary to increase personnel from the land fund development center or project management board to provide professional support, in order to ensure the progress of works and projects” - Vice Chairman of Phuoc Tan Ward People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Vuong said.
Not only Phuoc Tan and Tran Bien wards, according to the reporter's investigation, other localities in the province such as Tam Hiep, Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Dai Phuoc, Chon Thanh, Dong Xoai... all have requests to add more specialized personnel to carry out site clearance tasks.
Vice Chairman of Tam Hiep Ward People's Committee Dinh Ngoc Khanh Doan said: Site clearance is a difficult and sensitive task, in the initial stage when "authorized", it will inevitably be difficult and confusing. Therefore, if more human resources are added, along with determination from the grassroots, the site clearance work will certainly shorten the implementation time, create a clean site for key projects, at the same time consolidate the consensus of the people and maintain stability in the area.
