According to the Thang Long Project Management Board ( Ministry of Construction ), the investor of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway Project, the project deadline is at the end of 2025. Therefore, to meet the project deadline, the contractor needs to be handed over the entire site for the construction of the service road for local residents, as requested by Dong Nai province, no later than the first half of November 2025.
To construct approximately 14km of service roads for local residents along the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, the section passing through Dong Nai province requires the acquisition of over 31 hectares of land in the communes and wards of Xuan Loc, Xuan Hoa, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dinh, Xuan Que, and Hang Gon. To date, the Xuan Loc, Cam My, and Long Khanh branches of the Land Development Center have received the land acquisition markers and commenced surveying work, while the Thong Nhat branch has yet to receive the markers on-site.
In addition, the branches of the Land Development Center are also signing contracts with units to carry out the preparation of technical designs - cost estimates for cadastral map adjustments, preparation of cadastral map extracts for land areas, land parcel extracts, and demarcation of project land boundaries.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: The construction of service roads, drainage ditches, and U-turn lanes is very practical and serves the needs of the people. Therefore, the investment and construction of these items need to be completed before the project's deadline.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested the Thang Long Project Management Board to urgently complete the handover of all maps for land acquisition to local authorities as a basis for implementing subsequent tasks. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center and its branches should coordinate with localities where the project passes through to expedite land acquisition and site clearance, especially in the area of public awareness campaigns to encourage people to hand over the land early for project construction. The goal is to essentially hand over all cleared land for the project to the investor before November 15th.
