Must basically hand over the entire land for the Phan Thiet

According to the Thang Long Project Management Board ( Ministry of Construction ), the investor of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway Project, the project's deadline will expire at the end of 2025. Therefore, to meet the project deadline, the contractor needs to hand over the entire site to construct the residential access road as proposed by Dong Nai province no later than the first half of November 2025.

To construct about 14km of Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, the section passing through the province, Dong Nai province must reclaim more than 31 hectares of land in the communes and wards of Xuan Loc, Xuan Hoa, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dinh, Xuan Que and Hang Gon. Up to now, the branches of the Land Fund Development Center of Xuan Loc, Cam My, Long Khanh have received the handover of the site clearance markers and started the measurement work, but the Thong Nhat branch has not yet received the field markers.

Along with that, the branches of the Land Fund Development Center are also signing contracts with units to carry out technical design - estimate and adjust cadastral maps, make extracts of cadastral maps of land plots, extract land plots, and mark project land boundaries.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: The construction of residential roads, drainage ditches, and U-turn roads is very practical in serving the needs of people's lives. Therefore, the investment in the construction of these items must be completed before the project expires.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested the Thang Long Project Management Board to promptly complete the handover of all maps serving the land acquisition work to local authorities as a basis for implementing the next tasks. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center and its branches coordinate with localities where the project passes through to speed up the land acquisition and site clearance work, especially the propaganda work, mobilizing people to hand over the site early to serve the project construction. The set goal is to basically hand over the entire clean site of the project to the investor before November 15.
