Impressive delicious food of Dong Nai

Mr. Vu Hoang Dao, Deputy Head Chef of Dong Nai Hotel, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province said: During 3 days of promotion, serving free of charge to fair visitors, Dong Nai's fried sticky rice dish attracted thousands of visitors to see and try the product at the Dong Nai province's food stall. After trying the dish, the diners commented that the dish was unique, especially the chef's fried sticky rice art, which really attracted the attention of visitors.

Dong Nai province's puffed sticky rice dish was recognized by the Asian Record Organization as the best Asian dish in 2023. The main ingredients to make puffed sticky rice are sticky rice, sugar and cooking oil. To make puffed sticky rice, in addition to preparing the ingredients, the chef must have a training process to have skillful hands in the process of frying sticky rice to be able to create a puffed sticky rice cake that meets the standards of thin, crispy and delicious.

The dish of vermicelli with bamboo shoots is a unique combination of the sweetness of the broth and the fragrant, non-fishy taste of the catfish mixed with the slightly astringent taste of the delicately processed bamboo shoots. This dish brings a very unique flavor of the northern region of Dong Nai province (formerly Binh Phuoc), different from other vermicelli with fish dishes across the country.
