"Autumn Delicacies Food Festival" is held in the South Courtyard of the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi). There are hundreds of booths from provinces and international countries, displaying typical culinary dishes.
Each dish is a story, a journey of discovery for diners. Guests enjoying the cuisine can witness the process of making the dish. The dishes and specialties from Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang to Ca Mau are familiar images, just mentioning the names evokes memories of famous lands and places.

Corn pho impresses diners with its eye-catching color and pho noodle making process. People witnessed the process of making pho noodles right on the spot. Pho noodles are cut into large strands, served with a light, rich broth and beef, making the taste unforgettable for diners. Cao Bang rice rolls are also made on the spot and served hot. Customers must wait in line to be served a plate of fragrant cake with minced meat filling typical of Cao Bang rice rolls and a bowl of hot bone broth. The big pot of thang co was prepared by the chefs since morning. Many diners at the Fair bought and enjoyed this dish. Thang Co is sold by the bowl, priced at 100,000 VND/bowl including horse meat and organs. Nghe An eel soup served with rice paper or bread also attracts many diners. Phong Chau cassava cake is chosen by many people because of its delicious and unique flavor. Lang Son's specialty roast meat and khau nhuc are bought by many diners as gifts. Dong Thap province's stall has a strong fish sauce smell and attracts diners with its famous vermicelli with fish sauce dish. Tay people's sticky rice cake (Thai Nguyen) Freshly baked banh nam and banh loc from Quang Tri province stall Many people come to the beer counter area, enjoying the taste of famous Vietnamese beer brands.
